Stop Reading Charts. Start Getting Answers. Meet the Blocks Analytics Dashboard.

Every Adverank Blocks website now includes an analytics dashboard with AI summaries, server-side tracking, and attribution reports that follow a renter all the way to move-in.
Most self storage operators have Google Analytics installed on their website. Most of them also haven't logged into it since the day it was set up, or if they do, have no idea what it is they are looking at…
That's not laziness. It's that GA4 hands you a pile of charts and leaves the hard part to you: figuring out what changed, why it matters, and what to do about it (I mean it’s free, so you can’t complain too much!). And even when you do dig in, the numbers don't always line up with what's happening at the counter or in your FMS.
So we built something better. Soon, every self storage website built on Adverank Blocks includes a new website analytics dashboard. No add-on. No setup.

Insights, not just data
The top of your dashboard isn't a chart. It's a plain-English summary of what happened on your website, written by AI and refreshed with your latest data.
Instead of "Sessions: 4,820," you get something closer to: "Traffic jumped 50%, but reservation conversion softened." Then it tells you why. Visitors went up. Rentals went up. But reservations didn't keep pace, and more people started a reservation without finishing it.
That's the kind of thing you'd normally only catch if you had someone staring at reports every week. Now it's the first thing you see when you log in.
And it's not a black box. Every summary is broken into the specific trends behind it (a traffic surge, rental growth, reservation leakage), and you can open the full analysis to see the reasoning. Filter by date range, location, or traffic source and the summary rewrites itself for that slice. Want to know how Facebook traffic performed at one location last month? Pick it and read the answer.

Server-side tracking means numbers you can actually trust
Here's something most website providers won't tell you: Google Analytics misses visitors and uses models to estimate rather than provide a 100% mirror of reality.
GA4 works by placing a small piece of code on your website. When someone visits, that code runs in their browser and reports back to Google. The problem is that a visitor's browser gets a vote on whether that happens.
Ad blockers stop the tracking script from loading at all.
Privacy-focused browsers like Safari on iPhone and Brave limit or block tracking by default.
Cookie consent banners mean visitors who click "decline" could disappear from your reports.
Slow connections and quick exits mean someone can land, look, and leave before the script ever fires.
Every one of those visitors was real. Some of them rented a unit. GA4 just never saw them.
Blocks does it differently. Because we built and host your website, we record activity on our side (the server) when a page is loaded or a form is submitted. There's no script for a browser to block. If someone visits, it counts. If someone starts a rental, it counts. If they bailed halfway through, that counts too. No need to create custom event tracking codes that may or may not be working correctly.
The result is a more complete, more accurate picture of what's happening on your site. Not an estimate. A record.

Report on Attribution that goes all the way to move-in
Every operator has asked some version of this question: "Are my ads actually renting units?"
Most marketing tools can't answer it. They can tell you someone clicked an ad and landed on your site.
But the moment that person clicks "Rent Now," they usually get handed off to a separate checkout page or a third-party form. The trail goes cold. Your management software ends up with a new tenant and no idea how they found you.
Blocks doesn't hand anyone off. The rental and reservation forms are built into your website, and they connect directly to your facility management software. That means we see the whole journey in one place: where the visitor came from, which location they looked at, and what they submitted.
Then we pass that source information into your FMS along with the rental. When that renter moves in, the move-in record knows they came from a Google ad, a Facebook ad, organic search, or somewhere else.
Why that matters:
You see cost per true move-in, not just cost per conversion. Conversions are hard to count and easy to inflate. Move-ins are what pay the mortgage.
You know which channels to fund. If Facebook drives a lot of traffic but few move-ins, you'll see it. If organic search quietly delivers your best tenants, you'll see that too.
Your FMS becomes the source of truth. Your ad spend gets measured against the same move-in data you already use to run your business.
The Advertising Attribution section of the dashboard lays it out end to end: impressions, clicks, reservations, and move-ins, with the cost of each.
Running Adverank Cloud too? That move-in data feeds straight back into your ad budgets, so spend follows what's actually filling units. That's the whole point of connecting your ads, your website, and your facility data.

What else is on the dashboard
Rentals and reservations, started vs. completed vs. abandoned. See exactly where people drop off, by location.
Partial leads captured. When someone starts a form and leaves, Blocks can still capture their contact info so your team can follow up.
Top locations viewed. Which facilities are getting attention, and which are trending up or down.
Top lead sources. Google PPC, direct, paid social, organic search, referral sites, and more.
Occupancy, start to end of period. Website activity next to the number that matters most.

What is happening on your self storage website?
If you can't answer that in under 10 minutes, that's the problem.
Your website is where renters decide. It's where they compare units, check prices, and choose you or the facility down the street. It should be telling you what's working, what's leaking, and which dollars are actually turning into move-ins.
Every Adverank Blocks website comes with this dashboard built in. You don't need an add-on, tags to install, or a monthly report to wait on. You log in and get answers.
Book a demo and see what your website should be telling you. We'll walk you through the dashboard with your own facilities in mind and show you exactly what your current site is missing.
