The Report Hub introduces full customization and control of how you organize and view your marketing and facility management (FMS) data inside Adverank Cloud. 


Operators can cluster locations however they choose, without changing the underlying data.


That means you can instantly create reporting views based on:

  • Ownership groups or joint ventures

  • Investment partners

  • Markets or regions

  • Owned vs. third-party managed properties


You’re not changing the data, only the perspective.


A single location can belong to multiple groups at the same time, rolling cleanly into different reports without duplication, manually combining, or spreadsheet gymnastics.


Manage Views, Not Spreadsheets

With Report Hub, operators can switch between portfolio views in seconds, moving from a full portfolio to a specific region, ownership group, or partner view instantly. A built-in search tool makes it easy to find and isolate locations, even when managing dozens or hundreds of sites.


Report Hub officially launches in February, but operators can get an early look by booking a demo with the Adverank team.

While Report Hub officially launches in February, another major upgrade is already live inside Adverank Cloud.

Operators can now set custom date ranges across reports for any data point, at any location or across the entire portfolio.


That means you can:

  • Match reporting windows to ownership or investor expectations

  • Accurately measure before-and-after campaign changes

  • Analyze performance during seasonal demand shifts

  • Align reporting with the exact timeframe decisions were made




Still Love Spreadsheet? Our Data Will Be Exportable

A Reminder: The ROAS Estimator Is Still One of the Most Powerful Tools in the Platform


All these updates help feed the most important metric when it comes to paid advertising, return on ad spend (ROAS)! 

The ROAS Estimator connects ad spend to reservations and move-ins, allowing operators to:


  • Apply their own realistic attribution assumptions

  • Estimate revenue impact from advertising based on calculated customer lifetime value (LTV)

  • Evaluate performance without struggling with perfect attribution
